Shipment Processing Time
Orders placed before 5:00PM (Central Time) are processed same day, excluding Saturday, Sunday and all holidays. Orders placed after 5:00PM (Central Time) will be processed the following day, excluding Saturday, Sunday and all holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed up to 2 business days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery by USPS. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via your preferred contact method.
Orders ship via Priority Mail with an estimated delivery window of 1-3 business days. In most cases, the expected delivery date provided by USPS Tracking will reflect a delivery time of 1, 2, or 3 business days and is based on origin, destination, and drop-off time. The expected delivery date does not come with a money-back guarantee.
Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
Carun ships to physical addresses and P.O. boxes within the continental United States.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active right away, however updates may not appear within the first 24 hours.
Carun is not liable for any products damaged or lost during transit. Complimentary insurance coverage for up to $100.00 of your package’s value is included with every order. If you receive a damaged package, contact USPS to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged products before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the continental United States.

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you feel the product(s) you received is/are defective as a result not covered by our Shipping Policy or Terms & Conditions, please contact us for further information regarding a return or exchange. Final determination of a product’s defectiveness will be made at the discretion of Carun based on all information and evidence provided by the consumer. Do not open, use, or tamper with your product prior to initiating a return or exchange. Requests for returns or exchanges for an open or used product will automatically be declined. Shipping costs incurred during the return or exchange process will not be covered by Carun.
